Lauretta Marie Pierce's Heart's Desires Came True!
Hello, Everyone! Today's post features Lauretta Marie Pierce's amazing life story.You may already know of her as the 'Cookie Lady', founder of
Covenant Cookies. However, long before she experienced this heart's desire, of several, she was married to an abusive man and spent many year's experiencing domestic violence in her first marriage. During her first marriage, her first husband attempted to murder her. During his attempt to murder her he severely ripped off a portion of her face. Consequently, she was left disfigured and was paralyzed for a year. Also, as a consequence of the violence, she had suicidal thoughts and actually attempted suicide. Later, she re-married thinking this was her last chance at marriage because of her disfigurement. However, that marriage didn't work out and the second husband left her. When the second husband left her, he did so at a time when her income was only $13.50 per hour, or as she describes it, "Two fives, three ones and two quarters".
To overcome her circumstances, she sought help from our Creator, who is the 'Lord' we Christians speak of. He responded in miraculous ways and provided deeply needed and desired financial provision for her (
faster than the time-frame she chose) which she used to aide her family and a friend, in addition to herself (
a 'win-win-win').
Among other trials Lauretta Pierce experienced are:
- Electricity was disconnected from her home for four months, before she lost her home
- Her daughter went blind from a brain tumor
- Her daughter was dropped from her insurance plan
- They lost their home; their belongings were placed out on the street
- She lost her car (ended up with a 1991 Ford Explorer with no heat, that she was grateful to have)
- Got fired from her job
Her victories over these trials are credited to the fact that she's experienced our Creator, God, as a provider, a healer, the giver of a multi-million dollar business idea through
a thought and
dreams, as well as experiencing His faithfulness and favor!
This lady has experienced many trials, and overcome them victoriously with our Creator's help. I love it when she says, "
He can do that. He can do anything for me. He loves me. He can do anything.", as she speaks of what God has helped her with. He love's all of us, and He wants each of us to have the divine heart's desires. Let her awesome prayer, at the end of the third video, be for you as well because He loves you, too! Ask Him to help you achieve those divine, 'win-win-win' heart's desires. He will. I know, first-hand, that He will !
